REUSING FOR A BETTER TOMORROW

This shipping kit is part of a pilot program designed to improve your customer service experience. The pouch is made from Flaxstic™, a durable material designed for reuse. By reusing this kit, you are supporting IWC in lowering the environmental impact of our packaging. The material used is 100% BPA free and constructed from a high-quality composite mixture which includes a minimum of 40% biobased content, derived from non-fossil-based sources. As we are providing valuable materials a second life by using flax shive from wood residues and bioplastic polymers (wheat starch resins), we actively advance in our commitment towards a circular economy. Thank you for being part of our journey towards less impactful and more responsible packaging.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Here are the four steps to follow:

STEP 1

Open the pouch and place your watch inside the pouch around the inner cushion. As indicated in the cushion, for bigger watches use the wider space “case size 43+”, and for smaller watches use the space “up to 43 mm”.

STEP 3

Put the pouch in the box. Include the “Service Request” form. Close the box.

STEP 4

Place the box in the delivery bag. Seal the bag. Send the package to us.

HOW TO REUSE IT

Once your watch has been repaired, we will reuse the pouch and return your watch with the same packaging. Due to its material composition, you benefit from a reusable stain-resistant and dirt-repellant material, which can be repurposed in the following ways once it is returned to you:

Safe storage of your watch
Travel case for your watch
Shipping pouch for your watch
